What data is processed
- Data you provide when contacting me. If you write through the contact form or by email, the data you provide is processed: name, email address, and the content of your message.
- Browsing data. The hosting provider and the content delivery network record basic technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) to keep the service secure and operational.
Personal data is never sold and is never used for advertising.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed for the following purposes and legal bases:
- Handling your enquiries and replying to received messages. Legal basis: the consent you give when submitting the form (Article 6.1(a) GDPR) and the legitimate interest in responding to received requests (Article 6.1(f) GDPR).
- Keeping the site operational and secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the proper functioning of the service.
Retention
Data from an enquiry is kept while it is being handled and, if no further relationship begins, is deleted within twelve months at the most. Technical browsing logs are kept for the minimum time required by the infrastructure provider.
Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties. It is only shared with the processors required to run the site, such as the hosting provider and the content delivery network, which act on the controller’s instructions with the minimum necessary access.
International transfers
The site is served through Cloudflare, whose servers may be located outside the European Economic Area. This transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or by applicable adequacy decisions.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability at any time, as well as withdraw the consent given. To do so, write to hello@miradasboudoir.com stating which right you wish to exercise.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), through its website at www.aepd.es.
Minors
This site is not directed at children under fourteen. If you are under fourteen, do not provide personal data without the consent of your legal guardian.
